Health Benefits: Good Reasons to Start Juicing



I have been wanting to explore infographics charts....so...I decided to have a little fun creating my first one for you listing the Health Benefits of Juicing.

Juicing is a very good way to get extra vegetables into your daily meal plan.  It is not meant to replace your meals, but should be an addition to your meals to increase and improve nutritional intake.

Drinking just one juice three times a week can make a remarkable difference to your health.  

Your hair and skin will look healthier than ever before, and you will experience great vitality!
