I have been playing with this recipe and improved it. So, I need to rewrite it. By the way, all ingredients below increase serotonin and dopamine.

For a slightly smaller batch for two people, this is actually perfect:

X1 tbs sunflower seeds
X1 tbs almonds
X1 tbs flaxseed
X1 tbs sesame seeds
X2 tbs coconut
X1 tbs raw cacao powder
X1/4 tsp nutmeg
X1/2 tsp cinnamon
X1 tbs raw, non-irradiated honey
X2 medium bananas
X6 tbs rolled oats
X4 ice blocks
Filtered water

For those wanting to simplify, flaxseed, sesame and sunflower seeds are optional. So, just replace them with another two tablespoons of oats. However, the seeds are vital for good nutrition, so should be had where possible.

Place all in that order and then pour just enough filtered water in, till you see it reach the 750ml mark on the blender. Then blend away!

I have two glasses that are 375ml and fill perfectly to the brim for me and hubby.
